Acknowledging Personal Messages on Larger Screens

You can acknowledge that you've received personal messages.

If your agency uses Sign-In Terminal, you can also acknowledge messages by signing in to work at a Sign-In Terminal kiosk.
  1. In the navigation bar, select the envelope ().
  2. Select the Inbox tab.
    Messages that should be acknowledged are marked with a solid red dot ().
  3. Select a message.
  4. In the Inbox dialog, select Acknowledge.

    The system records the date and time of your acknowledgment.
The message moves to the Acknowledged Messages page and is marked with a solid green dot ().

If messages aren't acknowledged by their To Date, they're moved to the Archived Messages page.
