Sending Memos on Smaller Screens

Memos are messages saved in the system that recipients can read and respond to later.

Note that a record of deleted memos are retained in the system (in the Deleted Record Viewer in Employee Memos in the Client Shell).
  1. Select menu (), then Messages > Sent Memos.
    Memo records are shown.

  2. Select +New Memo.
    Memos can be sent from any of the following pages: Inbox, Sent Messages, Acknowledged Messages, or Archived Messages.
  3. Select a Recipient.
  4. Select a Memo Type.
  5. Enter a Message.

  6. Select Send Memo.
