Sending Memos on Larger Screens

Memos are messages saved in the system that recipients can read and respond to later.

Note that a record of deleted memos are retained in the system (in the Deleted Record Viewer in Employee Memos in the Client Shell).
  1. In the navigation bar, select the envelope ().
  2. Select Sent Memos.

    Memo records show the date your original memo was sent and the memo response Status: response (Checkmark ) or no response(Prohibition sign ).
  3. Select New Memo.
  4. Select a Recipient.
  5. Select a Memo Type.
  6. Enter a Message.
  7. Select Send Memo.
