Viewing Attachments

You can view a maximum of five attachments at the same time.

  1. Select the remark whose attachment you want to view.
  2. Click Edit:
  3. In the Attachments field, click the file you want to view.

If the system is unable to read the file, a Windows message appears that asks you to select the appropriate program.
