Modifying Schedule Load Windows

To modify a window of time that has previously been defined, you must delete it.

Before you begin

Schedule Administrator must be open.

About this task

When a schedule is unloaded, it can still be viewed in the Trapeze4 Workstation, but no changes can be made to it.

Procedure

  1. Click Options > Schedule Loads.
    The Schedule Loads dialog box appears.

  2. Click the Window tab.
    The grid shows all schedules loaded into the system. The load type window shows the window set for automatic loading.
  3. Select the Window to delete.
  4. Click Remove.
    A confirmation message appears.
  5. Click OK.
