Adding Schedules to System Administrator

Schedules must be added to System Administrator before you can work with them in the Trapeze4 Workstation.

Before you begin

The system administrator must create Schedule Types ancillary data.

Schedule Administrator must be open.

About this task

When Schedule Administrator is installed, it shows a blank grid. At this stage, you must add all your template schedules and at least one live schedule to the list. Once you set up your window for automatic loading of live schedules, the Schedule Server loads future schedules while adding them to the Schedule Administrator grid.

Procedure

  1. Click Schedule > Add.
    The Add Schedule dialog box appears.
  2. In the Schedule Type list, click a schedule type (for example, Live, Template, Training).

    Live Select the Date option button and type the date. For example, 10-10-2020.
    Template

    Select the Week Day option button. The date field disappears and a new field appears below it. In this new field, choose a week day in the list.

    Training

    You typically have one schedule type for training purposes. You can add either a date or weekday schedule for training.

  3. Click Add.

Results

The day or date you selected is added to the schedule list.

Load the schedule.
