Starting Administrative Unit Rules

The final prerequisite for managing administrative units is determining when the administrative unit rules take effect for one client or all clients.

About this task

You can specify when administrative-unit-based eligibility rules take effect for a client file that is associated with a Master Client record.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Task > Clients.
    • Click the Clients button:
      The Clients button.
    Client Registration appears.
  2. Select a client associated with a Master Client record.
    This functionality cannot be performed from the Master Client record.
  3. Click the Eligibility tab.
  4. Click the Adm. Unit Rules button.
    The Select Adm Unit Rules dialog box appears.
  5. Select the eligibility rule you want to implement.
  6. In the Date to start Elig. field, type the date to establish when the chosen eligibility rule takes effect.
  7. Click OK.
