All Events View Filter Options

Various filter options are available when you are showing scheduled events.

Table 1. All Events View Filter Option Descriptions
OptionDescription
Show Client Events Only Shows only client events (pick-ups and drop-offs).

If this filter is not selected, all scheduled events (including pull-outs, pull-ins, breaks) appear in the grid.

Ordered By Run Shows events in order by run number. For example, all events shown for Run 101, then all events for 102, and so on.

If this filter is not selected, the screen shows all events in chronological order regardless of run.

Notification Type Shows only events that have the selected notification type in the list.

These notifications are defined in Ancillary Data. Contact a system administrator for assistance.

Time Range

Shows events that take place during the defined time range.

Ensure that the Ordered By Run check box is unselected, and then select the Time Range check box.

To specify the time range for displaying events in any schedule other than the current day’s live schedule, type the time range in the From and To fields. For example, 6:00 and 17:00.

To specify the time range for displaying events in the current day’s live schedule, in the Early Time field, type the number of hours before the current time for which you want to view events. In the Late Time field, type the number of hours after the current time for which you want to view events. This time range is applied whenever the current day’s live schedule data is refreshed in Schedule Editor.

Paraservice Shows trips assigned to the selected paraservice types in the list.
Violation Set Shows only scheduled events which exceed the parameters of the selected violation set. If you select N/A, events with violations are not isolated in the Display All Scheduled Events view, and all scheduled events (with and without violations) are shown.
