Viewing Schedule Events

Viewing all scheduled events shows all pull-ins, pull-outs, breaks, pick-ups, and drop-offs on all runs for a live or template schedule.

Before you begin

Schedule Editor must be open to Schedules view.

About this task

These events typically appear in ascending order of run number. You can also set a time range for viewing scheduled events and choose to see only client events on the Options tab.

Procedure

  1. Click the Options tab.
  2. In the View All Events frame, select one or more filters.
    The View All Events frame with Show Client Events Only and Ordered By Run defined.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click the Display All Scheduled Events button:
      Small I on three columns of lines.
    • Click View > All Events.
