Resolving Violations in Dispatch Center
After identifying violations, they must be resolved.
Before you begin
Procedure
- In the Violations grid, select a run.
- Click Detail.

Right-click on the violation to be resolved and click an appropriate command:
Command Description Reschedule Open the Schedule Booking Wizard for the selected trip booking. Unschedule Unschedule the booking. Arrive Mark the trip to indicate that the vehicle arrived at the address. Perform Mark the trip to indicate that the activity was performed. (For example, the client was picked up and is on-board the vehicle.) No Show Mark the client as not turning up for the trip pick-up. Cancel at Door Mark the trip as having been canceled by the client after the vehicle arrived at the pick-up address. Run Itinerary Open Schedule Editor to Run Itinerary view for the selected run. Client Itinerary Open Schedule Editor to Client Itinerary view for the selected client (shown in the Detail column). Information Open the Client/Booking Info dialog box for the selected client (shown in the Detail column). - Use the available information to resolve the problems causing the violations.
