Adding Parameters

Parameters can be added by extracting them from the Crystal Report.

Procedure

  1. On the screen toolbar, click the Extract button:
    A rectangle with a swooping right-facing arrow in the upper-right corner.
    The parameters are extracted from the Crystal report.
  2. If any of the parameters need to be selected in a specific way (such as from a table), refer to the report source (the individual who prepared the report.)
  3. Click the Save button:
    Diskette.
