Copying User-Defined Reports

Both user-defined and system reports can be copied and modified to create a new, customized report.

Before you begin

Report Designer must be open.

Procedure

  1. In the list of reports, select the report to copy.
  2. On the screen toolbar, click the Copy button:
    Right-facing arrowhead with a vertical bar on each side.
    The Copy Report dialog box appears.
    Copy Report dialog box with a report specified in the Name field.
  3. In the Name field, type a name for the copy, and click OK.
  4. Modify the report as needed.
  5. Click the Save button:
    Diskette.
