Cancellation Code
Specifies the reason a trip was canceled. Cancellation codes are either system-defined or user-defined. User-defined codes are created in Trapeze4 Workstation ancillary data ().
case
Cases are created when clients incur an infraction that violates a defined policy. They keep track of any subsequent infractions until all applicable infractions have been dealt with, no new infractions have occurred, and the case is closed.
case lifespan
The duration of a case as it passes through the various stages and phases.
