Phase
A specific portion of a stage. For example, Investigation or Delivered. Cases are moved into new phases based on whether they meet certain policy criteria.
paraservice type
Service type. Typically used by sites that offer transit services to other agencies. For example, ADA Services, Medicaid Services, or Volunteer Hire. Paraservice types are created in Trapeze4 Workstation ancillary data ().
provider
An organization that provides vehicles and/or drivers to a transit site.
