T
template letter
.docx file used as a template by Service Infractions to create warning, suspension, or appeal results letters that contain client-specific case information. For example, a template letter could contain an AppealReviewDate MergeField. The automatically generated client letter would use the date the client's appeal was created instead of the MergeField name (that is, AppealReviewDate).
threshold
Minimum amount for an event or consequence to be triggered.threshold calculation type
Method for determining if a case meets a defined policy threshold. For example, Count (the total number of infractions), or Percentage (calculated by total number of violations ÷ total violation trips and scheduled/arrived/performed trips. The violation trips have schedule statuses defined by the policy criteria.).
threshold time period
The type of time period used when determining if a threshold is met. For example, rolling window or fixed duration.
threshold value
Minimum amount (number or percentage) that must be reached for an event or consequence to be triggered. For example, specifying a threshold value of 3 for a Violation Alert would move a Behavioral case into the Violatino Alert stage after three infractions were confirmed.
