Policies in which sanction levels are determined by the number of infractions accumulated in the current time period.

Initial

First phase of a Service Infractions case. If the client does not have enough infractions to merit investigation, a case can be created and held in the initial stage. To view initial case stages, the Trapeze6 context property PassEligibility > CasesScreen > Show initial stage in policy must be selected.

Issued

A letter has been written, printed, and mailed to the client.
