Runcutting is the process of developing or cutting runs from a group of vehicle blocks. Runs are composed of complete blocks or segments of blocks.
About Runcutting Approaches
BlockBuster provides two runcutting approaches: manual and automatic.
Automatic Runcutting
When you select Automatic runcutting, the scheduling algorithms in BlockBuster use the scheduling constraints you have defined in the parameters.
Canceling a Runcut
You can terminate a runcut while it is being performed.

You can terminate a runcut while it is being performed.

Click Cancel in the Runcutter screen.

A message appears asking you to confirm the cancel action. If you click Yes, the results in the Cut Pieces grid on the Runs tab contain the best recorded runcut attained before canceling. If you click No, BlockBuster resumes the automatic runcut.
