OPS Seniority Calculation
The OPS Seniority Calculation screen defines how seniority and vacation seniority rankings are assigned to employees in division groups, employee type groups, and employee status groups.
Seniority order can be based on employee date fields (for example, SeniorityDate, VacationSeniorityDate) and numeric fields (for example, StatusTypeId, BadgeNum). For example, you could specify that employees should be assigned seniority numbers in order by their StatusTypeId, EmployeeTypeId, and SeniorityDate values. When calculating seniority rankings, the system sorts employees in descending order by the specified fields.
