About Vacation Relief
When operators go on vacation their work is handled by vacation relief operators. Trapeze OPS allows agencies to handle vacation relief in different ways.

Vacation relief can be assigned in the following ways:
- Creating vacation relief work and assigning it to a vacation relief operator directly in the Work Planner screen.
- Using a multi-pass work bid to determine vacation relief operators and then (in a second pass) let them bid on available vacation relief work.
- Creating vacation relief operational bids to let vacation relief operators bid on vacation relief work within an original bid. (Requires the Operational Bidding add-on module.)
- Creating packages of work assigned to vacation relief operators and making it available as work in an open run operational bid. (Requires the Operational Bidding add-on module.)
