Using Runs Display to Add Bulletins

Bulletins for fixed route and demand response runs and pieces of extra work can be added in the Runs Display screen. You can also view runs and extra work for a date, transport mode, and division.

  1. Open the Runs Display screen.
  2. Open the Context (F3) and enter the required information:
    1. Agency. Select the agency for which to view runs.
    2. Sign Up. Select the sign-up period for which to view runs.
    3. Division(s). Select the divisions for which to view runs.
    4. Date or ServiceGroup. Select a Date or select Show All Versions and then the groups to view from the ServiceGroup list.
  3. Select OK.
  4. Select a run or piece of extra work.
  5. Select View Bulletins: View Bulletins
    The View Bulletins dialog shows any bulletins associated with the route or extra work.
  6. To create bulletins, on the View Bulletins dialog select Add Bulletins.
    1. Select a Bulletin Type.
    2. Select the Division(s) the bulletin applies to.
    3. Select a From Date and To Date.
      The bulletin will be available during the selected date range.
    4. Select the days of the week during the selected date range the bulletin should be visible.
    5. Select the bulletin Line.
    6. Select the bulletin Line Group.
    7. Select the bulletin Work.
    8. Enter the bulletin message.
    9. Select OK.
