Updating PINs on Larger Screens

Depending on system configuration, employees can update PINs as needed.

To allow ESS users to reset PINs, select the OPS > Self-Service > Admin Options > Enable PIN Updates property. Minimum PIN lengths are defined using the OPS > Self-Service > Admin Options > Minimum Length of a PIN property.
  1. Select My Account (Employee image and name found in the top navigation bar.) > Change PIN.
    The Change PIN dialog appears.

  2. Enter your Current PIN.
  3. Enter the New PIN and confirm the PIN.
    Your transit agency defines the minimum number of digits in your PIN.
  4. Select Submit.
