Resetting Employee PINs in the Client Shell

Client Shell users can reset employee PINs as needed.

The OPS > Employee Profile > Employee Card > Change Pin > Edit security permission must be granted.
  1. In the Client Shell, open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select the employee for whom to reset the PIN.
    PIN stands for Personal Identification Number.
  3. In the screen toolbar, select the Change PIN button: Change PIN
  4. Enter a New PIN and confirm (reenter) the PIN.
    If desired, you can Show PIN.
  5. Select OK.
The employee PIN is reset.
