Updating Passwords on Larger Screens

Depending on system configuration, employees can update passwords as needed.

Password requirements are defined using the Core > Security > Policy > Minimum properties. If your transit agency uses LDAP, employees cannot update their passwords using Employee Self-Service.
  1. Select My Account (Employee image and name found in the top navigation bar.) > Change Password.
    The Change Password dialog appears.

  2. Enter your Current Password.
  3. Enter the New Password and confirm the password.
    Note:
    Your transit agency defines the requirements for the password.
  4. Select Submit.
