Enabling Driver Calling for Runs

If you have IVR (Interactive Voice Response) at your site, you can enable the system to contact a client as the vehicle approaches a client’s pick-up location.

Before you begin

Runs must be open.

Procedure

  1. Search for the run to which to enable driver calling.
  2. Click the Detail tab.
  3. Select the Call Driver check box.
  4. Click the Save button:
    Diskette.
