Establishing Times and Time Rules for Runs

Set the times during which a run operates in a day as well as define what kind of activity is required at the start and end of the run.

Before you begin

Runs must be open.

Procedure

  1. Search for the run to which to establish times and time rules.
  2. Click the Detail tab.
  3. In the From Time and To Time fields, type the times at which the run is scheduled to start and end respectively.
    This is typically the time the vehicle leaves from and returns to the garage but, in some cases, may be the time the first pick-up to the last drop-off or pick-up is performed.
  4. In the From Time Rules list, click one of the available options.
    Garage
    Marks the start time of the run from the garage pull-out.
    First Pick-up
    Marks the start time of the run from the first pick-up.
  5. In the To Time Rules list, click one of the available options.
    Garage
    Marks the end time of the run from the garage pull-in.
    Last Drop
    Marks the end time of the run at the last drop-off.
    Last Pick-up
    Marks the end time of the run at the last pick-up.
  6. Click the Save button:
    Diskette.
