About Dispatching Events in Schedule Editor

Once you have dispatched an event to a driver, Schedule Editor allows you to record the method by which the event was sent.

The driver, in turn, may communicate to the dispatcher when the vehicle has arrived at the event location and when the event has been performed. The system allows you to mark incidents as sent (by voice or by MDT), arrived, or performed in Schedule Editor as well as in the Dispatching screen.
