About Vehicle Break Downs

When a vehicle breaks down, you must move all unperformed trips from the vehicle to an alternative run.

The relief run may be either an existing run or a new run created especially to replace the non-operational vehicle. When you drag and drop a trip onto a run in the Runs view list, it is inserted into the run in the slot with the lowest cost.

The Vehicle Breakdown Wizard is a tool that helps you move trips from a non-operational vehicle to a new or existing run. If clients are on board when the vehicle breakdown occurs, they are treated as transfers from the previous run to the new one.
