Searching for Itinerary Trips with the Auto Expand Window

Use the Auto Expand Window feature if the system is not generating adequate solutions for itinerary trips within the normal parameters.

Before you begin

Schedule Booking Wizard must be open.

About this task

This command is similar to the Find More command but is used exclusively for itinerary bookings.

Procedure

  1. Click Wizard > Properties.
    Confirm that the Search Window Auto Expand Limit and Search Window Auto Expand Limit properties are defined appropriately.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Find Solutions for Itinerary button, and then click Search Itinerary Solutions with Auto Expand Window.

Results

The system searches for solutions within the expanded search window.
