Using Auto Search and Save in Schedule Booking Wizard

You can search for and save a booking to a run.

Before you begin

Schedule Booking Wizard must be open.

About this task

The system will search for runs and automatically save the best solution (this is the run solution listed first in the middle window). If you select multiple bookings and click Auto Search and Save Solution, the system performs a search and save for each booking. The run solutions are shown one set after another in quick succession. Use Trip Administration or Schedule Editor to see the runs to which the bookings are scheduled.

Procedure

  1. Click the arrow beside the Find Solutions:
    Blue binoculars and a downward-facing arrowhead.
  2. Click Auto Search and Save Solution.
