Test Options

The following table lists the icons and buttons on the Test screen of Report Designer.

Button	Name	Description
	Info	Shows the description entered for the report on the Edit step.
	Archived	Links to archived instances of the report, if any exist. Clicking a link opens the report in the Archived step in Report Explorer.
	Report list	A list that contains the available formats in which to export the report. PDF PDF format (readable in Adobe Reader). Excel Microsoft Excel worksheet. If clicked, an additional button appears that opens the Running step, which allows you to modify the default values if necessary. Word Microsoft Word. RTF Rich Text Format. HTML Hypertext Markup Language. If clicked, an additional button appears that opens the Running step, which allows you to activate the Page Navigator or create a set of separated pages instead of a single page. CSV Comma-separated values. Most sites use PDF for ease of viewing and printing.
	Output Options Format	Opens the Output Format Options dialog box. Sets the output format of the report.
	Save	Saves the report with the current parameter settings.
	Disable Cleanup	Prevents the clean up job from deleting archived copies of this report. Click this button again to re-enable the clean up job for this report. Saves the report after clicking this button.
	Delete	Deletes data that was collected for this report.
