Bidding timetables are used when operators enter bid requests using OPS-Web Bidding Requests.

If your agency uses OPS-Web Bidding Requests, generate a bidding timetable to set the times when employees can enter their bids. Bid requests can't be processed until the deadline specified in the timetable has passed.

To generate a bidding timetable, Bidding Time Parameters ancillary data must be created. Then you can use the Generate Employee Bid times tool to create the timetable.
