Creating New Groups of Open Work
Create a work group to make assignments in the Work Assignment Assistant screen or the Daily Activity screen easier.
- Open the Group Open Work screen and set the Context (F3).
- In the lower pane of the Group Open Work screen, select the first piece of work for the new group.

Select Create New Work Group:
A new group is created in the Grouped Work pane, containing the selected piece of work. -
Add work to the new group:
- Select the shaded cell to the left of a piece of work in the Open Work pane.
- Drag the work to the new group in the top pane.
