Creating New Groups of Open Work

Create a work group to make assignments in the Work Assignment Assistant screen or the Daily Activity screen easier.

  1. Open the Group Open Work screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. In the lower pane of the Group Open Work screen, select the first piece of work for the new group.
  3. Select Create New Work Group: Create New Work Group
    A new group is created in the Grouped Work pane, containing the selected piece of work.
  4. Add work to the new group:
    1. Select the shaded cell to the left of a piece of work in the Open Work pane.
    2. Drag the work to the new group in the top pane.
