Generating Weekly Timekeeping Summaries

Information in the Weekly Timekeeping Summary screen is printed as a report.

The title on each printed page includes the divisions set in the Context.
  1. Open the Weekly Timekeeping Summary screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. To see the total hours and dollars for all employees in the specified Context for the week, select Display Totals: Display Totals
  3. Right-click on a cell to show a context-sensitive menu with some or all of these options:

    Show Timekeeping > Entire Pay Period Opens the Timekeeping screen with information for the pay period for the selected employee.
    Show Timekeeping > Selected Dates Opens the Timekeeping screen with information for the selected date for the selected employee.
    Show Employee Activity Opens the Employee Activity screen for the selected employee. Hover over the Date field for a tooltip with employee status, type, and bid unit. Select a row, right-click and select Detail for a printable report of that day's activity.

    If the OPS > Employee Activities > Floating Screen property is selected, the Employee Activity screen is shown as a dialog with the option to change the date and view work assignments for a single day by clearing Show Pay Period and then clicking Apply.

    Regenerate Timekeeping Alerts Alerts are shown in context in the Weekly Timekeeping Summary screen.
    Re-cost Employee > Entire Pay Period The Re-cost Employee dialog appears. Confirm the dates and select Re-cost.
    Re-cost Employee > Selected Dates The Re-cost Employee dialog appears. Confirm the dates and select Re-cost.
