Updating Rosters

Update the name, type, and work selection for a roster as needed.

  1. In the OPS Roster Management screen, select Context (F3).
    1. In the Agency list, select the agency of the rosters to view.
    2. In the Roster Type area, select the check boxes of the roster types to view.
    3. In the Sign-up Period dropdown list, select the sign-up period to view.
    4. In the Division dropdown list, select the division of the roster to view.
    5. In the Scenario dropdown list, select the scenario of the rosters to view.
    6. Select OK.
  2. Right-click the roster to update and select Modify Roster: Modify Roster
    The Modify Roster wizard appears.
  3. Enter a new Roster Name for the roster.
  4. Update the Roster Type.
  5. Select Next.
  6. In the Work Selection section, select and clear runs for the roster.
  7. Select Finish.
