Updating the Employee List

Add, remove, and change the order of employees in a bid from the Bidding screen.

  1. In the Client Shell, open the Bidding screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. To add employees to the bid:
    1. Right-click in the top left pane and select Add Employee.
    2. In the Add Employee dialog, select the employees to add.
      Use Shift + click to select consecutive employees. Use Ctrl + click to select multiple employees.
    3. Select Add.
  3. To change the order of employees in a bid:
    1. Select the gray square to the left of the employee to move.
    2. Click and hold, and drag the employee to a new position in the list.
      A validation message appears.
    3. Select OK.
  4. To remove an employee from the bid:
    1. Right-click on the employee and select Remove Employee.
