About Casual Bookings

Trip Booking allows you to enter important information when creating a booking.

The following procedure describes required steps for creating a casual booking. Other fields in Trip Booking are optional and used when needed.

The information required in a booking is specific to each site. Some information may be mandatory depending on site policy and property settings.

You can type a requested pick-up or drop-off time for each trip. Depending on your system properties, you might also be able to select an existing pick-up or drop-off time for the location. Selecting an existing trip time can reduce the number of trips scheduled to common locations.
