Editing Bookings

Bookings can be edited if trip information changes.

Procedure

Choose one of the following methods to edit bookings:
  • Click the Edit button:
    Pencil and three dots.

    This option is typically accessible from the Client/Booking Info dialog box, Trip Administration (when a booking is selected), and some other screens.

  • Select a booking, right-click and click Edit Booking.

    This option is typically available where the Edit button is available. It is also available for bookings in Schedule Editor views.

  • In Trip Booking, type the name of the client in the Client field and click Get Information. Find and edit the booking in the Client/Booking Info dialog box.
  • In Trip Booking, click Find. Select a booking to view or edit in the Find Bookings dialog box.
