About the Incidents Dispatch Grid in Dispatch Center

After you have set both the viewing filters in the Options tab and the search filters in the Incidents Dispatch grid, you can perform the following activities:

• Mark events as sent as they are dispatched to the driver.
• Mark events as arrived and performed as a vehicle completes an event.
• Record no-shows and cancel-at-door cancellations when they occur.
• Reschedule and unschedule trips.
• Use the Client/Booking Info dialog box to access information. Perform additional activities for a run using Schedule Editor.

Use the buttons in the screen toolbar or move your pointer over the grid and right-click to display a menu of commands.
