About Shared Holidays
Holidays that require public awareness (they need to be known to some combination of the INFO, OPS, and Trapeze PASS applications) are shared holidays defined in FX.
Shared holidays are created in FX ancillary data. Once created, they can be used by other applications. You should verify the holiday is working as intended.

| INFO | Restart the CTMServer. Perform a test itinerary in the Trip Planner screen for the holiday date and confirm the bus stop times appear as expected. |
| Trapeze PASS | Confirm Date Intervals can use the new holiday. Verify the daily schedule runs for the holiday date. |
| OPS | Open the Holiday screen to confirm the new holiday is present. In the Work Planner screen, verify the holiday runs by right-clicking and selecting Work Details. Open OPS Daily Status, verify the date is shown with the defined holiday service and that the Event Status (exception) is accurate. Activate the holiday (Activate Day) for dispatch and verify the expected operators are assigned and the work assignments are correct for the defined holiday Service Group and Exception. Deactivate the day if you aren't ready for dispatch. |
