Creating a Special Service

The special service feature lets you to apply a service to a regular work day.

The OPS > Special Holiday Service > Method property must be to Single Day Import.
  1. Open the Holiday screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Create a holiday and in the Holiday Configuration dialog select Special Service.

  3. Select Next.
  4. Select the required Division Group, Service Group Id, and ExcComboId.
  5. Select Next.
  6. Review the holiday details and select Finish.
When applied the schedule information for the selected service group is used for the date selected. The day isn't considered a holiday and normal bidding and timekeeping apply.
