Calculating Perfect Attendance Bonuses

After calculating the employee perfect attendance bonus, you can copy it into a spreadsheet.

Properties found in OPS > Workforce Management > Perfect Attendance Bonus must be defined by a system administrator and a system administrator must already have defined OPS Perfect Attendance Matrix ancillary data.

The following security permission keys must be granted: OPS > Workforce Management > Perfect Attendance Bonus > Generate and OPS > Workforce Management > Perfect Attendance Bonus > View.

  1. Open the Perfect Attendance Bonus screen.
  2. Set the Context (F3):
    1. Enter your Year End Date.
      Annual bonuses will be calculated based on this date.
    2. Select the Divisions to view.
    3. To see only currently active employees, select Active Only.
    4. Select OK.
  3. Select Generate Perfect Attendance Bonus: Generate Perfect Attendance Bonus
  4. Select the data or rows to copy or print.
  5. Select Edit > Copy.
    The data is copied to your clipboard.
  6. Paste the data into your spreadsheet program.
    If you need to make changes to the amounts, you can copy the report into a spreadsheet.
    If you are using Excel and numbers appear as ####, try increasing the column width or changing the cell format to Text.
  7. Manually edit the data if needed.
  8. Print the report from your spreadsheet program.
    Print information from the Perfect Attendance Bonus screen as a report and submit the printout to your Human Resources department so that bonus amounts can be entered into the payroll system.
