About Performance Management Records in the Employee Profile Screen

Performance Management records can be viewed in the Employee Profile screen.

You can view detailed performance management information for absences, accidents, customer feedback, employee incidents, and work incidents in the Employee Profile - Performance Summary screen. You can also view documents or listen to audio files attached to performance management records.

You can't mark records as performance management incidents using the Performance Summary pane in the Employee Profile screen, but you can add performance management records using the Absence, Incident, and Customer Feedback panes.
