Excluding Administrative Actions

Administrative actions can be excluded from performance calculations by crossing them out.

Crossing out administrative actions allows you to maintain a record of the action while removing any associated penalty.
  1. Open the Employee Profile screen.
  2. Define the Context (F3) and select an employee.
  3. Select Incidents.
  4. Select an incident.
  5. In the screen toolbar, select Performance Details: Performance Details
    The Performance Details dialog appears.
  6. In the Administrative Action(s) area, select the Crossed Out checkbox and enter a Crossed Out Reason.

  7. Select OK.
In the Employee Profile - Performance Summary screen, the Action Date and Admin Action for the record are crossed out.
