Excluding Records from Performance Management

Exclude employee absence, accident, customer feedback, or incident records from performance management as needed.

Excluded records still appear in the Employee Profile - Performance Summary screen, but are crossed-out and not considered in performance management.
  1. Open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Select one of the following: Absences, Customer Feedback, or Incidents.
  4. Select a record and then Performance Details: Performance Details
  5. Select Excluded.

  6. Enter a comment in the Reason Excluded field.
  7. Select OK.
    The record is shown crossed-out in the Employee Profile - Performance Summary screen.
