Marking Records for Performance Management

Records can be marked for performance management in the Employee Profile screen.

The absence, accident, feedback, or incident type must be associated with a performance type or they can't be marked for performance management.
  1. Open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Select one of the following: Absences, Customer Feedback, or Incidents.
  4. Select a record in the list view and then select Add Performance Details: Add Performance Details
    If the record can be charged using more than one performance type, the Performance Selection dialog appears. Select the performance record to view and then select OK.
  5. Select Suggest Action.
    The absence, accident, feedback, or incident type must be associated with a performance type or you can't mark the record for performance management.
    An Administrative Action is entered as defined in Performance ancillary data.
  6. Update fields as required.
    Hour values on records for hour-based performance management are read-only. To change the hours on a performance management record, you must remove the record from performance management and mark the record for performance management again.
  7. Select OK.
    The ribbon icon appears in the Attribute column of the selected record.
