Setting the OPS Spatial Analysis Screen Context

Setting the screen Context (F3) shows and filters data related to your task.

  1. In the OPS Spatial Analysis screen, open the Context (F3).
  2. Set the date range for which to view incident locations in the From date and To date fields.
  3. Select the Agency associated with the incidents.
  4. Select the Division(s) associated with the incidents.
  5. Select the Incident Type(s) to view.
  6. Select the Map Type.
    Static Map. Map of the area where incidents occurred.

    Heat Map. Map that shows hot spots where multiple incidents have taken place.

  7. If using the Static Map option, in the Zoom Level field, enter a value between 0 (the closest zoom level) and 8 (the furthest zoom level).
  8. In Zoom In Map Type, select the map type to view.
  9. Select OK.
