- Designated timing point, relief point, check point, or garage along a route
designated with a schedule time (a specific location within the transit system).
A node may or may not be located at a stop. Nodes may be identified by a number, a name, or both. Street relief may occur at nodes.

non-revenue service
Miles and hours omitted from the National Transit Database (NTD) reporting (not including revenue deadheads).
