Client/Booking Info Commands

The Client/Booking Info dialog box is appears automatically when you create a booking on a date for which the client has existing bookings.

Command Button Description
Close Partially open door. Closes the Client/Booking Info dialog box.
Calendar Open book with the numbers 1 and 2 on its pages. Shows the calendar.
Copy Two pieces of paper with folded upper-right corners. Transfers the data from a previous booking to Trip Booking for a new booking.
Edit Pencil and three dots. Opens the original booking in Trip Booking for any selected booking to be edited.
Cancel Booking Diskette with a red X crossed over it. Select a booking and click this button to display the Select Cancel dialog box.

Use this dialog box to cancel the booking. This button is only enabled when the Booking or Trip Confirmation tab appears.
Customize Grid Four lines with three check marks. Shows the Grid Columns Manager dialog box to enable you to hide, show, or rearrange columns in the Trip Confirmation grid.
Link Trips Linked chain. Links selected trips to create an itinerary or group of trips.
Unlink Trips Broken chain link. Breaks the link between selected linked trips.
First Trip Line and left-facing arrowhead. Goes to the first trip in the list.
Previous Trip Left-facing arrowhead. Goes to the previous trip in the list.
Next Trip Right-facing arrowhead. Goes to the next trip in the list.
Last Trip Right-facing arrowhead and line. Goes to the last trip in the list.
Tracker Action Insert Pencil in hand writing in a book. Opens the Insert Tracker Action Log dialog box.
Tracker Action Browser Paper emerging from rectangular box. Opens Tracker Action Browser.
