Renumbering Blocks Automatically

You can change the Block Numbers automatically using the Renumber tab in the Edit dialog box.

  1. On the Blocking tab, click the Edit button: Edit button.
    The Edit dialog box appears.
  2. Click the Renumber tab.
    The current Block numbers appear in the BLK (Block) column.
  3. Click Num.
  4. In the left frame of the Renumber tab, select the blocks you want to renumber.
  5. Optional: To select all, click the row marker beside the BLK column header.
  6. In the Start field, type a number with which you want to begin your number series.
  7. In the Increment field, type another number by which you want the number series to increase.
  8. Click Renumber. The numbers in the New column follow the start number and increment you entered.
  9. Optional: To revert to the old number series, click the >> (double greater than symbol) button which copies the numbers in the BLK column to the New column.
  10. Optional: To re-sort your blocks according to the From time of the blocks, select the Time Out Order check box.
    The blocks are re-sorted starting with the block with the earliest From time.
  11. Optional: To assign the vehicle types to the blocks, click the Veh. Type field of the block you want.
    1. From the list, select the vehicle type you want to assign to the block.
    2. Repeat this step for each of the blocks to which you want to assign vehicle types.
  12. Click Apply.
    The Block numbers from the New column on the Renumber tab replace the numbers in the Block column in the Blocked grid.
  13. Click Close.
