Adjusting Timekeeping Records

Add adjustments to timekeeping records as needed. An adjustment is a record associated with the timekeeping record.

You can add pay using different pay codes and payroll codes without affecting the codes in the original record.
  1. In the Timekeeping screen, in the transaction pane, select a record.
  2. Select a Pay Code.
  3. If required, select a Payroll Code.
  4. Enter Pay Time, Pay Rate, and Pay Amount as required.
  5. Select Save.
  6. If the Cost Allocation dialog appears, enter labor account information and select OK.
